Situated in North Yorkshire, the choice of location for the Camblesforth solar farm was driven by its strategic proximity to Selby's Drax Power Station. This joint venture has been established through a partnership with renewable developers, P3P Partners.

As part of the project, woodland trees and hedgerows will be planted throughout the site. Furthermore, a community benefit was contributed to the parish council.

The project received planning approval in 2022 and is currently in the pre-construction phase.
