The Hay Solar Farm is being developed in collaboration with Overland Sun Farming and will employ single-axis tracker technology. Planning consent has been granted for the project, and a connection agreement is in place to link it to the existing Essential Energy 132/66kV Hay Substation and grid network. Additionally, planning approval has been obtained for a battery energy storage capacity of up to 30MW.

This solar farm is currently in the read-to-build phase.
