This battery energy storage facility in Fife is housed within structures designed to resemble the surrounding farm buildings. The facility is surrounded by native plants and includes a sustainable drainage system.

To address environmental and community concerns, various assessments were conducted, including ecology surveys to evaluate the impact on local wildlife, noise surveys to measure potential sound effects, and visual impact assessments to ensure the facility fits with the local landscape.

This project received planning approval in 2017.
